Tuesday - Day 219 - Seasonal Circle

And the campers come marching in.

RVs are being moved from the back storage area to their semi-permanent camping spots.  The snowbirds will be flying in beginning this weekend and will continue to flow in throughout the month.

Snowbirds

Our road will not be only ours soon.  The sanctuary of our camping oasis will be   permanently interrupted.  And when we feel the grounds are closing in around us, it will be our time to move on to new beginnings.

Our camping life will come to an end as the snow birds settle in for their season.  A sobering truth, one I haven't wrapped around my head yet.

What a different experience moving into an extremely crowded campground, earlier this year, compared to watching the movement all around us.  The snow birds had wrapped up their season, just as we were settled in, moved spots and found our way home.

Here we have come to settle, stationary, as others have come and go and now will move back in around us.

It's a seasonal cycle, one I have witnessed from the comforts of my living room, in the cool and warm weather.  As the holidays quickly approach and 2013 vanishes before my eyes, I am fortune to reflect, find growth, progress and satisfaction, living through this seasonal cycle.
